Standardized Process for Customized Tools
Solution 1.
Provide Tool Drawings: The customer provides the tool drawings, and we
manufacture according to the drawings
Solution 2.
Send Workpiece Drawings: The customer sends the workpiece drawings,
and we design the cutting tool drawings based on the workpiece drawings.
The customer then confirms the cutting tool drawings.
Solution 3.
Sometimes, the customer’s workpiece drawings are still in the design
phase and they only have initial ideas.
In this case, we can design based on Order Form.
The customer provides the workpiece parameters filling out the order
form, or provides the workpiece parameters.
